Blue Hill Advisory provides strategic and operational consulting to help businesses diagnose challenges, improve processes, and implement effective solutions. Our work focuses on identifying root causes, analyzing operations, and developing clear, actionable plans that lead to measurable improvements.
Through structured research, one-on-one strategy sessions, and deeper operational reviews, we work closely with clients to turn complex problems into practical steps forward.
Blue Hill Advisory also collaborates with student organizations at UNC Chapel Hill and leverages university research resources when appropriate, allowing projects to benefit from both academic insight and real-world perspective.

A current student at UNC Chapel Hill looking to deepen her understanding of consulting and have a lasting impact on her community. She plans to use this opportunity to conduct research on what roadblocks commonly exist for small businesses in the South, and how these themes can be exacerbated by racial and political factors.
